Shiro this was just amazing. First of all let me just say the artwork is mouth watering, you've improved so much as an artist and it's actually insane that anyone was complaining about it. SISSELS ROUTE!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally can't come up with the words to commend you on how beautiful his story was the generational feelings of being unworthy, the arc of forgiveness and redemption, and the fact that even though it's Sissel's route that multiple other characters such as Owen and Philip also develop their relationship is just Mind boggling i cant even think of the words to complement this. MY favorite aspect of the whole series are the subtle notes throughout the story that i missed until i clicked repeat, Jinny doesn't want to be saved does she? she just wants it to end, from the forget me not flower option telling you to not put her through it again, her saying she'd want to die quickly (When she's asked if she beleives in ghost)..... ok i guess they weren't that subtle but still i felt pretty smart putting that together. I also felt heartborken at the fact that there really isn't an option to save her and even worst that she'd come to terms with it. I really hope that in the future when you eventually finish the game that there's a way to save her but would also understand if there wasn't i mean she's come to terms with death would it really be for her if we kept on trying to save her?
I feel like the entire point of the "repeat" option isn't to save Jinny but rather as a reminder that there *isn't* a way to save Jinny. I would like there to be too, but I feel like that kind of defeats the purpose of Halley and Jinny as characters. They're designed to be foils of one another about death and mortality, and to just outright make Halley right would contradict a lot of the writing, especially around the "repeating nightmare" wording. I feel like the entire story is about Halley, not Euca.

I would like to add that after playing Sissel's route, I still experience a wide range of emotions...It really hurts me that everyone else has forgotten Jinny in the end because of...reasons T_T. Was there no way to save her for a truly happy ending? Seriously, after Jinny didn't go on the plane with them and at the same moment everyone forgot about her, I just cried uncontrollably...It was so sad, i felt so sorry for her and she so deserved to be there with Euca, Sissel and others...and her grandma especially. If it wasn't for her, that happy ending wouldn't have happened.
Idk, while the "Move forward" option gives us a good ending where Euca andSisselwilllivehappily ever after together, butformeit'sstill a Bittersweet Ending because of this whole situation with Jinny and Euca's unresolved issues with his past (Not to mention that Sissel never found out the truth about Euca's time travelling).
But the "Repeat" option...HOLY FUCK! It's an outright Tragic (Sad) Ending. Euca's farewellto Sissel in the end just killed me emotionally (this moment reminded me of this old tv series "Quantum Leap")!And his words about how Sis is going to be okay and that he doesn't need him anymore...Oh my God! It's just...jeez...Sissel has not only forgotten Jinny, but now he will also forget Euca. Two of the most important people in his life will just disappear from his life forever, it's incredibly cruel! I would like to address Jinny and especially Euca, what the fuck? Do you both really think that now he will be fine without you just because he found out the truth about his family and won this tournament? He needs you! You're both part of his family too! It's not fair that you didn't give him a choice...

I've been reading for years now, and I remember the happiness I felt when you returned from your break while making this game <3 I'm so glad Sissel got the happy ending he deserved, now I hope Phillip and Owen get the love and care from Euca like they deserve!
I loved every second of the last days of sissel's route and I don't regret waiting for it because it was worth the wait it heart warming and made my ass cry for like a whole 30 mins ;-;

i just wanted to say from the thank you for creating repeat from the bottom of my heart. i cant put into words just how much i love and adore repeat i only got into playing visual novels around this time last year and im proud to say that repeat was one of the very first visual novels i ever read and it is still by far my favourite. i was suprised by just how much of a personality Euca himself had at first i thought he would be a silly self insert character but as i kept getting deeper into the story i realised how much of a personality he actually had to the point where it wouldnt of felt right to me to keep playing using a name i chose so i restarted and used the name Euca cause thats what felt right to me haha. this visual novel has made me feel all sorts of emotions to the point where i feel like im not just reading a story it feels like im actively spectating their story and i dont know why but i find that so touching maybe im just weird haha but anyways congrats on finishing Sissel's route while i wasnt following the story and updates since repeats release its been a honour to follow along for the time that i have and ill 100% be following until repeats completion however long it takes i need to see how the other routes pan out and im gonna love every second of it.

think I understand the goal, basically were trying to keep him jinny alive, but when Jinny time's up she erases everyone's memories. And I think echo and the remnant are connected and that's how we go back to the beginning. Every time we repeat we remember some stuff and as we repeat more we remember more things can we fix all the different timelines and our memory stay intact

Repeat - my first visual novel ever and my favorite one, i downloaded it and played when it had old art-style with skinny characters, and my jaw dropped when i saw the new one art-style...
But that's beside the point, i wanted to say Thank You for not giving up, your hard work and keeping going with this project, and i might not know how hard it is to keep up with a real life while working on VN but i draw sometimes and it's super hard for me from time to time to find some time or inspiration to continue...

God, I couldn't find the words to say how absolutely fucking briliant and amazing this VN is, the writing, art, and even the ending that keeps me on the edge of my seat, Shiro you truly have outdone yourself with this masterpiece of a VN
(This is gonna be long and might have some errors here and there as English isn't my first language so please forgive me for that, but I wanted to show my appreciation for what I deem to be the best VN I've ever read and experienced in my life).
I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I'll make an exception just for Repeat because it impacted my life in a way that's basically indescribable. I still remember vividly that fateful day, years ago when I still used to go to school, when I found Repeat completely by chance while I was randomly looking at furry games and, fascinated by the art-style, I downloaded and played it. I got instantly hooked and it managed to become a special comfort place for me, since the very first moment.
Ever since, I've been basically silently following every single update; updating and playing immediately on day one most of the time the public release was released, and the more it went on, the more I needed it. There was literally nothing I disliked about it. At the time I played it alongside some other VNs such as Nekojishi, Morenatsu (now Homecoming) and Extracurricular Activities, beside other very story driven games that were not VNs, and none of these managed to grasp my heart in the way Repeat did, not even managing to get close.
I don't know how it happened, but from the music selection, the art-style, the comedic timing and even the spicy parts, it had everything to become my staple and favorite. And so it did, it felt perfectly right in every way. It remained that way for years, up to this point, and I grew up alongside these characters, finding myself now here, at the end of Sissel's route, having a deep bittersweet feeling in my heart.
I've seen the storytelling and the art evolve alongside the narrative itself. I remember the scrapped content, when the sprites overhaul happened, when I first witnessed the characters moving around on my screen, and now...there are even full blown animations and most arts have been revamped as well as the writing. I was simply amazed and grateful to see such dedication go to the game that helped and is still helping me go through many obscure bits of my life. It was a joy to see it evolve, and it was basically a constant presence in my growth and life, one safe place I could turn to everytime I wanted or needed it.
The characters, alongside the rest, are what gripped my heart the most. Repeat's cast felt alive, real and relatable ever since the beginning of it all, and it made me immerse and on a level I never experienced before. The dynamics between them, every line of dialogue, it all felt thoroughly thought out, and it had a tangible soul in it. Even the comedy level was amazing, and this comes from someone who hasn't got English as his mother tongue.
This was especially true in Sissel's case, my first comfort character ever, and the strongest one I've ever had up until now, one I think won't ever be beaten in my case and one that literally managed to bring me to tears mutiple times after years of being unable to cry, (ending included), to really make my heart flutter with love, to arouse me and get a laugh out of me too. I won't ever be able to forget him, and I don't ever want to, he's going to be forever my most loved character ever.
I've followed Shirokoi on Twitter ever since the beginning, and every single time there was a post about the Repeat cast (which could be fun facts, more art of them or simply update logs) my heart always throbbed with joy (and not just my heart sometimes, if you know what I'm implying).
I'll keep following Repeat in the future, as I'm simply so engaged in it, and deeply care for every character, but as I stand now, Sissel's route being finished is a peak moment which holds immense significance for me, and I look forward to every future content that regards him in the future. I sincerely regret not having been able to fund the project, but if it wasn't for it, I wouldn't be like I am now. It just means that much, and it always will, and I'm not exaggerating.
It's a 10/10 on every aspect, and I cannot stress enough how much I want to thank Shirokoi for creating what's basically an experience that goes from the most wicked of supernatural happenings, to the sometimes funny but always deeply sentimental struggles of every character. As such, I greatly advise everyone who hasn't tried it, to download and play Repeat for themselves, it deserves everything and more.
Thank you Shiro from the bottom of my heart, for creating such a splendid project, going through its slow development and...for caring about it, really. It shows in every single step. I look forward to see it become better and better over time, but as it stands, it feels like a very impactful chapter of my life closed alongside Sissel's route, as Repeat keeps being there for every instance I need it most. My love for Repeat itself; Sissel especially, the developer and every memory I have with it and I'll be able to have in the future, will be always treasured within me until the end. Thank you again and again, I'll be forever grateful to have been able to experience all of this.

I know it's a bit out of nowhere but If Sissel had a Japanese voice actor in the game, it would definitely be Yuma Uchida. He voiced many male characters in anime that are similar to Sissel in personality.

No VN has made me THIS emotional ever. Its been roughly 8 years since I've been able to physically cry, and Sissel's route has me reeling. I've laughed out loud, I've gotten anxious, I've smiled like I was with old friends or giddy like I'm being flirted with for the first time, that dumb smile one gets when reading a message from someone you love plastered on my face, I've felt so many emotions I didn't think a story could ever make me feel and certainly not to help me cry till my chest physically hurt. It may be silly of me to say or feel like this but I cant really help it, I haven't felt like this in so long. Please keep creating this amazing story and world, you are so incredibly talented and amazing that words cant properly express.
Can anyone tell me how far the progression of the other 2 route of owen and phillip? Also what is the decisive point where sissel route a and b diverge?
for the other two routes the progressions is miniscule with phillip the first day isnt even done yer and owen is like 2-3 days in i dont exactly remember :v anyways sissels route a and b are basically the same route you have to get a first to get to b oh and spoilers it contains some time travel shenanigans

This was especially true in Sissel's case, my first comfort character ever, and the strongest one I've ever had up until now, one I think won't ever be beaten in my case and one that literally managed to bring me to tears mutiple times after years of being unable to cry, (ending included), to really make my heart flutter with love, to arouse me and get a laugh out of me too. I won't ever be able to forget him, and I don't ever want to, he's going to be forever my most loved character ever.
I've followed Shirokoi on Twitter ever since the beginning, and every single time there was a post about the Repeat cast (which could be fun facts, more art of them or simply update logs) my heart always throbbed with joy (and not just my heart sometimes, if you know what I'm implying).
I'll keep following Repeat in the future, as I'm simply so engaged in it, and deeply care for every character, but as I stand now, Sissel's route being finished is a peak moment which holds immense significance for me, and I look forward to every future content that regards him in the future. I sincerely regret not having been able to fund the project, but if it wasn't for it, I wouldn't be like I am now. It just means that much, and it always will, and I'm not exaggerating.
It's a 10/10 on every aspect, and I cannot stress enough how much I want to thank Shirokoi for creating what's basically an experience that goes from the most wicked of supernatural happenings, to the sometimes funny but always deeply sentimental struggles of every character. As such, I greatly advise everyone who hasn't tried it, to download and play Repeat for themselves, it deserves everything and more.
Thank you Shiro from the bottom of my heart, for creating such a splendid project, going through its slow development and...for caring about it, really. It shows in every single step. I look forward to see it become better and better over time, but as it stands, it feels like a very impactful chapter of my life closed alongside Sissel's route, as Repeat keeps being there for every instance I need it most. My love for Repeat itself; Sissel especially, the developer and every memory I have with it and I'll be able to have in the future, will be always treasured within me until the end. Thank you again and again, I'll be forever grateful to have been able to experience all of this.

I know it's a bit out of nowhere but If Sissel had a Japanese voice actor in the game, it would definitely be Yuma Uchida. He voiced many male characters in anime that are similar to Sissel in personality.

No VN has made me THIS emotional ever. Its been roughly 8 years since I've been able to physically cry, and Sissel's route has me reeling. I've laughed out loud, I've gotten anxious, I've smiled like I was with old friends or giddy like I'm being flirted with for the first time, that dumb smile one gets when reading a message from someone you love plastered on my face, I've felt so many emotions I didn't think a story could ever make me feel and certainly not to help me cry till my chest physically hurt. It may be silly of me to say or feel like this but I cant really help it, I haven't felt like this in so long. Please keep creating this amazing story and world, you are so incredibly talented and amazing that words cant properly express.

for the other two routes the progressions is miniscule with phillip the first day isnt even done yer and owen is like 2-3 days in i dont exactly remember :v anyways sissels route a and b are basically the same route you have to get a first to get to b oh and spoilers it contains some time travel shenanigans

open the zip file and open repeat.exe that should be it i think if there is no such file delete the game and redownload it :)

Just want to say i have absolutely loved sissels route so far! I cannot wait for the ending, the story has had me laughing, crying and sitting at the edge of my seat wondering whats going to happen next. This story has been absolutely beautiful! I completely adore all the characters and I do hope for a happy ending for everyone(even with the impending doom vibes 😅)
