This was something i saw too when the update for sissel route completion first came out which by the way I was the and i mean the first one too complete sissel route as I went from beginning to end on a video in 18 hours which unfortunately got taken down by youtube even though I age restricted it so only 18+ could watch but you know how they are unfortunately but I do gotta say your novel was the best one I ever played in my whole life and I had something that I could relate with all the characters within the novel which I never felt before and it actually came close to being a complete life changer I am currently 18 years old from Mississippi and I watched a novel player of this on YouTube when this novel first came out and i knew when I turn 18 I had too play this novel which I am glad I did and now I am even trying to come up with a novel on my own so thank you shirokoi for making all the happy,sad and anger moments within the game I love them all and I hope too see more and when that happens I will play the whole game over again from start to finish on 1 video even if it might take me 38 hours to complete all routes so thank you again shirokoi your novel changed my life if not for the better as now I know I am not alone with my own problems I had to face during my childhood.

Fuck it was so fucking heart wrenching. God, the option to repeat makes me fucking hurt. Due to how most people agreeing that timeline splits into multiple branches if different choices were made at the same crucial point, this creating new timeline. This would mean by choosing to repeat, we essentially abandoned that timeline Sissel and I can't fucking not be sad at that. I love Sissel so much! I've been playing since the start of the VN that I remember Sissel og sprite being the scrawny child compare to the hunk he is now. I don't want to abandoned him cause now there's going to be a timeline where Sissel will get heartbroken cause Euca disappeared. Though the world might did Euca the same with Jinny where any trace of him is erased while still not erasing the effect of their actions. Still, Sissel is the last person who needs this kind of treatment!
To be honest, since the end game here is to save Jinny which would then enable Euca to save himself, it might just be that. I think that wishes are the key point here, I always did feel ominous reading parts where the wishes would call Euca "wish-granter". I mean, why would they call Euca wish-granter when wishes themselves are supposed to help people achieve their wish. So, I'm kinda leaning on Euca becoming some kind of god of wish to make everything that went wrong, goes right, maybe through the combined power of the wishes. Though, I don't really want this kind of ending, it feels sad cause it might transform Euca into a wish and be erased from the lives of the other characters. But I really do think memories spilling over would be a thing, Halley pretty much given us a clue when we transfer over to Sissel route B.
not just that but after completing Sissel's route and repeat again there is ne dialog that shows a bit of bleed over its small but the very start philip call the player by their name before they should have met.
Not to mention the dialog between Halley and Euca being changed as well.
I genuinely cannot stress this enough BUT this is by far one of the best VNs I have ever played. The writing, the art, and the way characters are dealt with are SOOOOO GOOD! Usually I don't have strong emotions for games and such but this def made me cry a few times. Good job Shirokoi!
My personal theory at least for the first timeline before everything repeats is that the Sissel route was the first one but without the hindsight of time travel resulted in the first ending playing out.
My evidence is the picture with the whole group and the fact echo encourages the player to seek out Sissel.
its not much but Euca isn't the most preceptive person so Phillip and Owen's problems probably would have gone unnoticed.
None of them for the first timeline, I believe. I mean, there's like 3 or 4 "reminders" encouraging Euca to actually make that decision in time, so darkest history doesn't repeat itself. And after first one, time loop makes all routes canon.
Honestly this also makes sense for not imposing a "true timeline" for the story and the fact Echo forces the doors shut on Euca's "first" day, I would like to counter this and say that some text implies that Euca is just avoiding being alone with his thought and would be more active than that.
But overall we gotta wait and seen considering Shirokoi is like what? 1/5 of the way done? more or less depending on what he's cooking hopefully if we get another big update it adds more fuel to this fire.
I guess Shiro is trying that “all routes are canon” kind-of VN, like how Echo did. But I have a theory that the true route is being locked and can only be unlocked once you fulfill all the wishes in Sissel, Owen, and Philip route.
With the flower how they talk about the "forget me not" we can every well assume that one is Euca the player character and the flower say before the "forget me not" can be saved the others must be helped so yeah I'm sure that will possibly be an ending or the saving of Jinny either one makes sense for a conclusion.
Honestly after playing the completed Sissel route can't wait to see the end of the story just to see how the title screen changes because seeing the small details like that for some reason feel so good.
Makes me wonder what the original timeline of the game looked like how did that play out? especially when considering all the hints we currently have of what happened.

I did Sissel's route first, it is so beautiful and heart wrenching. This game gave me so much anxiety at times but I also can't get enough, I also love the subtle changes you can see if you play a second time, and the not so subtle ones, it's so amazing. You would not believe how much I cried during my first playthrough, and I'm excited for the other routes to be completed, so I can see them in their whole glory! Shiro, this is a masterpiece, as is your other game, thank you for blessing us. 🙏🙏🙏

I haven't played since April of 2023 since I wanted to wait long enough for good new story content, but tbh, I'm just as excited to replay the game as I am for the new content, this game is a 100% masterpiece.
The way all the characters are presented in a creative and funny way makes me smile and really fall in love with them and their whole personality; every single character, from Mr. Dolores to Sissel has their own personality which makes the story so enticing, because you can believe and listen to some of the characters, because they feel like real people. Honestly, this game is my inspiration and motivation to make my own VN.

Honestly, this game is awesome. I never imagined I would find myself on a roller coaster of a thousand emotions. Sissel's route is beautiful (of course there are things that I didn't like because in my opinion they were too exaggerated, such as threatening a restaurant waiter) but the development of the characters was done very well in my opinion, and honestly I even cried when I completed the game. It was a great experience and I can't wait to play the next routes (you've now become my drug, great job).

ngl the wishes in this remind me of stands. think about it only people with wishes can see other wishes and the wishes protect their users while making paranormal things happen. that must mean repeat is a jojo reference
I initially thought it was a reference to Persona, since wishes are kinda like Personas protecting their users and there are different ways to summon them. But the Jojo reference makes more sense.

Shiro this was just amazing. First of all let me just say the artwork is mouth watering, you've improved so much as an artist and it's actually insane that anyone was complaining about it. SISSELS ROUTE!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally can't come up with the words to commend you on how beautiful his story was the generational feelings of being unworthy, the arc of forgiveness and redemption, and the fact that even though it's Sissel's route that multiple other characters such as Owen and Philip also develop their relationship is just Mind boggling i cant even think of the words to complement this. MY favorite aspect of the whole series are the subtle notes throughout the story that i missed until i clicked repeat, Jinny doesn't want to be saved does she? she just wants it to end, from the forget me not flower option telling you to not put her through it again, her saying she'd want to die quickly (When she's asked if she beleives in ghost)..... ok i guess they weren't that subtle but still i felt pretty smart putting that together. I also felt heartborken at the fact that there really isn't an option to save her and even worst that she'd come to terms with it. I really hope that in the future when you eventually finish the game that there's a way to save her but would also understand if there wasn't i mean she's come to terms with death would it really be for her if we kept on trying to save her?

I would like to add that after playing Sissel's route, I still experience a wide range of emotions...It really hurts me that everyone else has forgotten Jinny in the end because of...reasons T_T. Was there no way to save her for a truly happy ending? Seriously, after Jinny didn't go on the plane with them and at the same moment everyone forgot about her, I just cried uncontrollably...It was so sad, i felt so sorry for her and she so deserved to be there with Euca, Sissel and others...and her grandma especially. If it wasn't for her, that happy ending wouldn't have happened.
Idk, while the "Move forward" option gives us a good ending where Euca andSisselwilllivehappily ever after together, butformeit'sstill a Bittersweet Ending because of this whole situation with Jinny and Euca's unresolved issues with his past (Not to mention that Sissel never found out the truth about Euca's time travelling).
But the "Repeat" option...HOLY FUCK! It's an outright Tragic (Sad) Ending. Euca's farewellto Sissel in the end just killed me emotionally (this moment reminded me of this old tv series "Quantum Leap")!And his words about how Sis is going to be okay and that he doesn't need him anymore...Oh my God! It's just...jeez...Sissel has not only forgotten Jinny, but now he will also forget Euca. Two of the most important people in his life will just disappear from his life forever, it's incredibly cruel! I would like to address Jinny and especially Euca, what the fuck? Do you both really think that now he will be fine without you just because he found out the truth about his family and won this tournament? He needs you! You're both part of his family too! It's not fair that you didn't give him a choice...

yeah it really is , i could fill the whole side with how much i love Repeat XD . idk how far you are with the story .and I don't want to spoil . the only thing really. lets just say the last day with Sissel is full with emotion,s( in my case i guess it was more for the reader /playerXD) if you are not ready for it .and not ready for the story to end in whichever way if you know what i mean
ngl the wishes in this remind me of stands. think about it only people with wishes can see other wishes and the wishes protect their users while making paranormal things happen. that must mean repeat is a jojo reference

I initially thought it was a reference to Persona, since wishes are kinda like Personas protecting their users and there are different ways to summon them. But the Jojo reference makes more sense.
Personas were unironically inspired by jojo btw. But yeah, I also think wishes are more like personas.
I literally only created this account to comment this, but I just wanted to show my appreciation to you for you dedication to this game, I know it probably doesn’t mean much coming from some rando on the internet, but this game is genuinely so nuanced and thoughtful (It made me cry at multiple points lol), and I love it so much, sissels route was amazing and I hope that you will continue with making this game. P.S I hope you finish Owen’s route next!
Tbh I tought there would be another nsfw scene in Sissel's route but to be honest.. IT WAS AMAZING!! I love it so much! Keep up and never give up🫶🫶 and kinda sad the route ended 😭 but I loved it and enjoyed it sm
i fond a mistake in the story wen you visit the cafe for the first time and introduce your self to Sissel, but Phillip dose not introduce him self to Sissel but Sissel thanks you and Phillip

Shiro this was just amazing. First of all let me just say the artwork is mouth watering, you've improved so much as an artist and it's actually insane that anyone was complaining about it. SISSELS ROUTE!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally can't come up with the words to commend you on how beautiful his story was the generational feelings of being unworthy, the arc of forgiveness and redemption, and the fact that even though it's Sissel's route that multiple other characters such as Owen and Philip also develop their relationship is just Mind boggling i cant even think of the words to complement this. MY favorite aspect of the whole series are the subtle notes throughout the story that i missed until i clicked repeat, Jinny doesn't want to be saved does she? she just wants it to end, from the forget me not flower option telling you to not put her through it again, her saying she'd want to die quickly (When she's asked if she beleives in ghost)..... ok i guess they weren't that subtle but still i felt pretty smart putting that together. I also felt heartborken at the fact that there really isn't an option to save her and even worst that she'd come to terms with it. I really hope that in the future when you eventually finish the game that there's a way to save her but would also understand if there wasn't i mean she's come to terms with death would it really be for her if we kept on trying to save her?

I would like to add that after playing Sissel's route, I still experience a wide range of emotions...It really hurts me that everyone else has forgotten Jinny in the end because of...reasons T_T. Was there no way to save her for a truly happy ending? Seriously, after Jinny didn't go on the plane with them and at the same moment everyone forgot about her, I just cried uncontrollably...It was so sad, i felt so sorry for her and she so deserved to be there with Euca, Sissel and others...and her grandma especially. If it wasn't for her, that happy ending wouldn't have happened.
Idk, while the "Move forward" option gives us a good ending where Euca and Sissel will live happily ever after together, but for me it's still a Bittersweet Ending because of this whole situation with Jinny and Euca's unresolved issues with his past (Not to mention that Sissel never found out the truth about Euca's time travelling).
But the "Repeat" option...HOLY FUCK! It's an outright Tragic (Sad) Ending. Euca's farewell to Sissel in the end just killed me emotionally (this moment reminded me of this old tv series "Quantum Leap")! And his words about how Sis is going to be okay and that he doesn't need him anymore...Oh my God! It's just...jeez...Sissel has not only forgotten Jinny, but now he will also forget Euca. Two of the most important people in his life will just disappear from his life forever, it's incredibly cruel! I would like to address Jinny and especially Euca, what the fuck? Do you both really think that now he will be fine without you just because he found out the truth about his family and won this tournament? He needs you! You're both part of his family too! It's not fair that you didn't give him a choice...
Shiro, it's amazing. You've created an amazing game and it's one of the most emotional experiences I've ever had. You can't imagine how many people you've made happy with "Repeat". I hope in the future we will see a truly happy ending where all our main characters will finally be happy, I really hope it happens someday because for me they are now close friends whom I have never met but I was still happy to see them on the screen. I'm sobbing right now T_T Thank you once again, Shiro! I love you!!!
P.S. The end credits of Sissel's routes are just amazing and so so so cute. I really liked the sketches that produce the events of this route and oh my God, I loved seeing Euca and Sissel together, they're so cute, I just can't uwu
