This is probably my most favorite VN ive played! The writing and the characters are so charming! I also appreciate the NSFW warning/sign before it happens! (although i didnt skip it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) Im very excited for more!!
I've never cried at writing in a game before, let alone from a "pulpy" genre like furry VN. Your writing is incredibly insightful and it deserves special recognition.
This update cemented Temptation's Ballad as one of my favorite VNs, if not my favorite ongoing one. The character depth and relationship dynamics are just great, every development is a joy to read through. The library scene in particular was a high point to me, that was really heartwarming and very much grounded in reality (magic aside lol), it made me feel even more invested in the characters than I already was. The writing makes it very easy to empathize with the characters, their struggles and their achievements, and I don't think I can praise that enough.
I want every character shown in the latest update to be happy too :c
well, maybe not Malus.
or, actually, maybe Malus too so we can see a better side of him(?)but he's a very fun chsracter as is

Y'know....the closet scene was great and all, but as I was reading Sidd's lines, I realized that Sidd and I are the exact same when it comes to all that stuff. Made me think I was reading my own brain :(
Argh again, my heart..cant take ...all the feels.... Gonna admit that bonebreaker library scene....it was almost to much. Maybe because i had a learning disability too when i was young so this scene was very powerful for me. Well done. i kind of hope that this scene will have some meaning for the future.
it's hard to pick favorites of vns, however this is def one of my top 3. i cant count the number to how many times ive audibly cackled at character dialogue and im super loving all the dynamics, especially the marrow/cole father/son dynamic since such a positive masculine figure (and queer masculine at that) as marrow is a rare, rare occurrence to see portrayed in our time, all things considered. keep expressing the story you want to express, lovelies!
Aside from repeat, this is my favourite VN ever, full stop. Infact, if this had as much content and choices as Repeat, I'd say this is better. (Don't get me wrong i adore sissle & owen and I cant wait to see more of phillip too, but I haven't been able to play D&D with my crew in over a year and this really fills that adventurous hole in my heart... oh and the nsfw scene is really hot too)
lmao!! the bitch slapping ghost is my favourite part of this recently , as i only played this around half - nearly a year ago. this is a really good VN and i love it! also sidd is my favourite, cause seriously, i relate to him on a spiritual level. xd
He may be updating repeat next not this a post on his twitter said he wanted to spend 6 months a year on this and the other half on repeat. I am fine with either cuz both are amazing and I loooove both sissel and cole!
Maybe, but persosally Sidd strikes me as too Nice ?Selfless?Like he very much cares about doing the right thing to be TN, but maybe that's just my impression
edit: after replaying I leaning more to NG for Sidd
i guess that's as good oportunity to elaborate in my interpretation of the main characters alignment
Artemi-first she is a paladin which are obrigatory LG, even if she wasn't a paladin she's still a Good person who cares about protecting the inocent and helping those in need, she also cares greatly about honor,laws and authorithy which is very lawful
Coli-while he is not a bad guy he also doesn't go out of his way to anyone else either(exept his father) so neutral in the good-evil scale, he also constantly lies,cheats and steals to get what he wants and has no respect for the law or any external rule system, as wel as no code of honor, so i say Chaotic
Sidd-he is not evil by any means and his motivation of wanting to give a easier life for his parents, as well as just being a nice person in general makes me read him as Good, as for his lawful-chaotic aligment, he has no internal code of condute/honor that we know of, he has no problems following coli's order even when it involves breaking the law, and he seems to admire both the lawful church knights(i assuming by his reaction to meeting Artemi) and the chaotic bonebreaker guild so i would say he's Neutral in the lawful-chaotic sense

Amazing character development for Artemi in the latest update! I also love Cole's interactions with the

Lots of different emotions in this update for a lot of characters (same level as Cole's physical condition).
Damn the last scene just ended me. Cole and Marrow are so.......... i don't have the words but my heart felt the intensity of their father/son moment.

What is Sidd's alignment? Artemi and Cole serem to be LG and CN respectivaly, while Sidd i'm divided between NG and CG leaning more to the latter
